| dc.description | The study analyses the impact of the use of artificial intelligence in basic secondary and middle educational institutions through a systematic review based on Prisma 2020. Based on the analysis of 31 articles published between 2020 and 2024 in databases such as Google Scholar, Scielo, Dialnet and Scopus, key trends in the use of chatbots, image generation with AI and the associated ethical challenges are identified. In particular, specific examples of chatbots such as ChatGPT, Bard and Copilot are examined, highlighting their application in learning and academic support, offering significant opportunities, such as the optimization of educational processes. This study highlights the need to investigate the specific implications, challenges and opportunities that arise when implementing AI at these educational levels, urging a balanced approach between difficulties and positive prospects in the 21st century educational landscape. | en-US |
